Head Instructor Ray Mutcheson: Ray is a Baseball Canada Master Coach (World Junior Baseball Championship), Baseball Manitoba Coaches Clinician (28 years), Baseball Manitoba High Performance Coach, Coach of Team Manitoba (8 years), Owner of Skills For Success High Performance Academy, Past Manitoba Baseball Coach of the Year, Inducted into the MBA Hall of Fame, Manitoba Hockey Hall of Fame, and Manitoba Sports Hall of Fame. Ray has been a scout for the Minnesota Twins (MLB) for 25 years.
